Product Features

1.Good sealing performance: After the valve disc is moved away from the closed position, there is no longer any contact between the valve seat and the sealing surface of the valve disc. The mechanical wear of the sealing surface is small. If the valve disc is made of steel balls or porcelain balls, it can also avoid the problem of particles getting trapped between the sealing surfaces.

2.Cut-off function is reliable: The stroke of the valve stem for opening or closing is relatively short, which can effectively cut off the flow of the medium and is suitable for use as a cut-off valve.

3.Excellent flow regulation performance: The change in the valve seat orifice is in direct proportion to the valve disc stroke, making it easy to precisely regulate the flow.

4.Easy maintenance: The valve seats and valve discs of most Russian-standard stop valves are easy to repair or replace, and there is no need to dismantle the entire valve from the pipeline. This is suitable for situations where the valve and the pipeline are welded together.

Customizable

The valve body is usually in the shape of an "S" or "Y", with curved flow channels inside. On the outside, there is a raised valve stem and handwheel. Some adopt an integrated design where the yoke and the engine hood are one piece. The overall structure is compact, facilitating operation and maintenance.
