This cast iron threaded globe valve is integrally cast from high-quality cast iron with anti-rust black coating, featuring stable pressure resistance and durable service life. The threaded connection enables easy installation and reliable sealing, which can accurately control pipeline cut-off and medium flow. Suitable for common media such as water, steam and compressed air, it is widely used in HVAC, water supply and drainage, small thermal equipment and other civil and light industrial pipeline systems.

Product Features

1.This cast iron threaded globe valve is integrally cast from high-quality grey cast iron. The valve body is coated with black anti-rust paint to avoid oxidation corrosion. With sturdy compressive structure, it can steadily bear PN16 nominal pressure and resist deformation for long service life.
 
2.Designed with internal thread at both ends, the valve requires no flange or welding for quick installation and disassembly. It can achieve tight sealing with PTFE tape, compatible with standard threaded pipe fittings, saving installation space and facilitating later maintenance.
 
3.Adopting straight-through flow channel and precisely machined disc sealing surface, the valve delivers tight shut-off. It supports both pipeline on-off and fine flow regulation. The handwheel ensures smooth operation without jamming or leakage during frequent use.
